Free online prenatal yoga for trimester 3



Of all the things I did before having a baby that I thought would prepare me for labour and birth, yoga was the thing that helped the most when it came for go time.


The final class in this free online prenatal yoga series focuses on the three things that I found helped the most.


– Building leg strength in squats.

– Learning to breathe down to the baby.

– Practicing breathing through uncomfortable sensations.
