Private yoga teaching



Private yoga teaching is a brand new offering after recent requests and is only available to my email tribe. Places are limited to 2 people a month so that I can give the dedicated attention and support you need to get the most out of this program.


I know how hard it is to get to a regular yoga class once you’ve had kids and I also know that DVDs and generic online classes don’t always cut it because there is no one looking out for you like in a real yoga class.


You want (and need) personalised programs to help you meet your goals, whether they be physical or mental. You want someone to answer your questions when you have them and most importantly you want someone holding you accountable and cheering you on, so that you don’t give up on your own goals.


So I’m offering a private virtual yoga teaching.  Because I mostly work with Mothers, and I know how hard it is to schedule time to answer the phone or a Skype call, the whole program can be done via email and text (unless you want to chat of course and then we can set it up!)


How does it work?


We’ll work together to set short and long term goals for you. (It can be anything from strengthening your core to reduce back pain, to being able to unwind to that you can sleep better at night, or maybe even finding a little more zen so that you’re not so snappy with your family all the time.)


I’ll devise a program specifically for you that will help you meet your goals.


You’ll receive a 6 week program outlining goals for each week and the specific steps to follow to meet them.  You’ll also get two private yoga classes filmed just for you and tailored to your specific goals. (That are yours to keep forever) I’ll be available via email for any of your questions and I’ll be checking in regularly to see how you are doing and help you troubleshoot any issues that come up.
