Yoga for Mums (GUNS!) – upper body strength

Hey Hey!

 

So I’ve FINALLY made it out of production mode for the yoga with kids course so I’m back with some more ten minute yoga for Mums sequences for you.

 

This one is about GUNS!  I don’t know about you but I find at the 6 to 9 month mark my upper body is suddenly working very hard all day long. Lifting little ones. Hauling all their stuff from place to place.  Holding them as they drift off to sleep.  Carting their tantrum-ing bodies away from danger.

 

This ten minute yoga sequence will help you build up the strength you need in that area and then stretch out the upper back and arms to relieve some of the tension.
