The best natural yoga mats that are fertility friendly

Natural yoga mats are a must if you’re planning to breathe deeply on your mat every day. Hormone interfering chemicals found in some mats have been linked with infertility and miscarriage, and whether this is a reason for your trouble conceiving or not, it’s certainly worth reducing this possible contributor so you can… well… breathe easy.

  • Thank you for creating this helpful post. I contacted Jade directly, because it didn’t provide full details of the composition or materials used in the manufacture. It turns out that there the mats are made of open cell natural rubber and a polyester net of in the middle of the mat to stabilize the rubber mat. I found it quite alarming that this is not indicated anywhere on the website, but since this is from their own mouths, I thought you should be aware.
