What others are saying

“Thank you so much Bettina. I feel confident to teach prenatal yoga classes now. I especially enjoyed talking through what pregnant women go through physically and emotionally as I haven’t personally been pregnant. It was awesome to have a ‘belly’ to practice and truly realise the physical restrictions that pregnancy brings.”
Kelly – Sunshine Coast
Loved this course so much. I felt really comfortable asking any questions, the content was thorough and I feel like I understand the realities of practicing yoga whilst pregnant so much more now. I’m feeling excited to start teaching pregnancy classes! Thank you!

I love Bettina’s personality! She’s very much an open book and happy to share from her own experience. This made me feel like I know have a better understanding of what a mama to be really goes through and how I can assist her to make the journey more pleasant

  2. Kaitlin

Bettina’s teacher training is so well organised, and you can tell she is truly passionate about this work, and sharing it with others. The resources provided are so valuable and I learned a lot. I highly recommend this training!

  3. Sarah

There was a lot of great information and it was easy to understand. I really found the labour and birth part interesting and as I am 25 weeks pregnant I really want to use these techniques myself as I prepare for my own birth journey. Bettina is very knowledgeable when it comes to anything to do with fertility, prenatal and post natal. This is the second course I have taken with her and both have left me feeling very confident to teach and excited to share this Information with other women. 😊
