Motherhood – what a ride hey?
My 1st year with my first baby rocked me.
I had no idea what I was doing and second guessed everything I did.
I felt like I’d completely lost who I was before.
I was no longer working.
My social life vanished.
There was a quiet, troubling distance that grew between my husband and myself.
I felt lost. And panicked that I had no idea how to feel like myself again.
Trust me, it was not a fun time.
My road back was rocky and long (we’ll dive into this in more detail during our 3 weeks together).
Long story short – I’ll be sharing with you the practices that helped me stop looking for the answers out there and instead helped me focus on what really matters – how I feel about myself.

What you need to know.
We kick off on Monday 17th April (Brisbane, Australia time).
You’ll receive twice weekly email (and video) communication with me. These will be accompanied by practices and activities for you to complete. (Don’t worry I know what #mumlife is like. They’ll be short and snappy to make sure you have time!)
We’ll connect in our private slack community over the three weeks.
Sign ups will be limited to keep our connection intimate.
We’ll gather online live to dive deeper and connect with others who feel as we do. Community is a powerful healer. (I’ll work with who signs up to make sure time zones work!)
