Why book a session with me?
No matter where you are on your journey, or who you have supporting you in your life, talking to someone with an outside perspective is invaluable.
I mostly work with women who are going through struggles with fertility, who have lost a baby, who are experiencing anxiety around pregnancy or birth, and those who need healing in the postpartum period for birth trauma or postnatal anxiety.
My work involves a combination of talk therapy, meditation, visualisation, yoga therapy, self massage and other modalities.
During our first session together we’ll discuss what you’re hoping to get out of them and make a plan to work towards this, together.
This may include:
+ moving forward with an action plan for your unique situation
+ ongoing counselling or yoga therapy sessions
+ a personalised yoga therapy program
+ virtual support
+ enrolling in one of my yoga classes or programs
After booking I will be in touch via email to organise a time that suits for both of our time zones.
