But generally when you’re first getting started I recommend planning a gentle class that would be mostly suitable for all trimesters and then modifying once you know who is there. So for instance offering bolsters under third trimester women’s back so that they aren’t flat on floor. Or offering alternatives if you have a women with pelvic instability.
With practice you definitely get good at modifying.
But at the start, remember like any yoga class it is on the woman to only do what feels right for her. You would remind them to rest when they needed. Come out of anything that doesn’t feel comfortable. etc
