Chocolate Almond Butter with 3 ingredients!

Confession time…I love Nutella.  Or at least, I used to.  These days I find it too sickly sweet, but I still love the idea of it.  Especially eaten straight off the spoon when everyone else is in bed asleep.  (Tell me I’m not the only one!)

I decided I needed to recreate this treat; hence, chocolate almond butter.

Three ingredients. Whiz. Eat.

{Have you gotten the impression that I’m a lazy cook yet?  Absolutely. And the word ‘cook’ is also used very loosely as most of the recipes I share are also ‘no bake’.}

1 cup almond meal
2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup honey

Process until smooth.

*All recipes are toddler approved.
*Warning. You won’t be able to stop with one spoonful.
