Chia Trifle
This was meant to be breakfast but turned out even better!
I have been seeing Chia puddings everywhere but wasn’t sure I’d like Chia by itself so I layered mine up with everything I love for breakfast.
As it turns out, this could easily have been dessert. Totally not a problem in my book though, I often have breakfast for dinner so anything goes. Enjoy!
Layer 1 – Chia pudding
2 tbsp Chia Seeds, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix and leave overnight to set.
Layer 2 – Frozen or fresh strawberries
Layer 3 – Muesli
Layer 4 – Greek yoghurt
Layer 5 – Frozen of fresh blueberries
Layer 6 – Spoonful more of Chia, sliced almonds and a drizzle of honey.
