Best fertility books

After three losses and countless medical tests that came up with virtually nothing – I looked for answers everywhere. I devoured all the fertility books I could get my hands on so I thought I’d share which ones I’d recommend if you’re just starting to look for answers.

If you’d like to see a full summary and review of each these books let me know in the comments below.

Before we start though… Don’t do what I did and become obsessed.

Choose one or two books to read.

Pick and choose the advice that works for you. You don’t have to do everything all at once.

In fact everything all at once is mostly likely the worst thing you can do because you’ll just stress yourself out doing it. As you know stress and fertility don’t mix.

Educate yourself about how your body works and how you can support your body to be as fertile as possible, but don’t do what I did and go overboard to the point of feeling too stressed to do anything wrong.
