  1. Infertility is STRESSFUL. Googling how to de-stress or asking in yet another fertility Facebook support group is not going to help. Yoga will.
  2. Ten minutes is better than no minutes.
  3. Long lasting habits start small. It’s unlikely you’ll be able to go from no yoga to an hour of yoga each day. Start with ten minutes and let it slowly grow to more.
